TERMS & CONDITIONS
⋄ I have the right to decline your commission request with or without reason.⋄ I require your full name and address in order to issue a proper invoice. It is your responsibility to provide me with the correct information.⋄ You have the rights to use the commissioned piece in non-commercial or commercial ways, depending on your license.⋄ You are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of the commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non-fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.⋄ Adjusting a commissioned piece through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivatives of the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies is strictly prohibited!⋄ I retain full copyright of the commissioned piece, even after completion. I retain the right to publish your commission publicly on my social media, use it as promotion for future commissions, or sell fanart commissions as merchandise. I will not sell works featuring original or fan-made characters.⋄ The NDA fee amounts to 20% of the final cost of your commission.⋄ Finished commissions will be posted publicly without any of the commissioner's information attached.⋄ Depending on the type of commission and your place in my queue, commissions can take 1–8 weeks to complete.⋄ If I do not get an answer from you regarding WIPs or finished commissions within 3 weeks without prior notice of absence, I have the right to cancel or finish the commissioned piece without your revision and approval.⋄ No refunds after completion!
